BENEFITS AQUANATURE WATER CLEANSER is a premium quality high activity synthetic filtration resin Pillow suitable for marine or freshwater aquarium environments. WATER CLEANSER contains mesopores and macropores media which helps to remove of organic pollutants with zero impact on trace minerals and do not alter pH. WATER CLEANSER will remove stains, dissolved organics and toxic gases in marine, brackish and freshwater systems. It turns brown indicating exhaustion and need for regeneration. It is regenerable over and over again for a minimum of 1 years in normal use. Each box contains 3 Pillow of 50 gm each. USAGE Improves water clarity Removes Organic waste Reduces Nitrogenous Wastes DIRECTION Rinse with clean running water and place one of the reusable filter media bags inside the filter media chamber. Each pad should be used for every 100L of water. Replace the pads in 10 to 15 days. Regenerate the used pad with bleach and then treatment with any Chlorine remover. Each pad could regenerated 4-5 times. Regeneration Steps: Mix all the table salt that will dissolve in a quantity of water sufficient to submerge a micron bag containing the beads. Normally, one Pillow will be about 50 grams in 150 mlr of dechlorinated water. (CAUTION!! we don't recommend use of bleach to regenerate this or any resin. It can kill your fish and will damage the any resin). Massage the bag of beads by hand in the brine (wear rubber gloves), until beads return to off white or light cream color - or until they stop lightening.For best results soak them overnight. They will probably never return to snow white again, but this does not hinder their effectiveness. Rinse several times in freshwater. If for use with freshwater fish, it is best to soak them the final time in distilled water to get all remaining saltout. Reuse as before. Discard when they stop being effective (as indicated by color).
